During our recent corporate retreat at Shangri-La Dubai, we experienced a blend of professionalism and comfort essential for business travelers. The hotel boasts two ballrooms and seven meeting rooms flooded with natural light, perfect for productive workshops. The 24-hour business center ensured seamless remote working, supported by reliable Wi-Fi. The staff's assistance was commendable; upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, allowing us to relax after our journey. While the rooftop terrace provided a refreshing space to unwind post-meetings, the variety at breakfast contributed positively to our daily routines. Though we encountered a lapse in service at the lobby bar, where our order took an extended time, the overall experience was solid. With amenities such as valet parking and a fitness center, Shangri-La Dubai remains a suitable choice for business engagements in the city. I look forward to returning.
